The challenge
Crucijuegos designs and manufactures custom playgrounds for municipalities, schools, clubs and public spaces, and every project is unique. Before sending a commercial proposal, the team had to analyse the available space, define compatible play structures, check technical constraints, adapt AutoCAD designs, calculate materials, and only then put together the pricing proposal. That workflow constantly depended on the technical team, which limited how fast the sales team could respond to new clients.
