WAIA is a software and artificial intelligence company based in Rosario, Argentina, founded by Harald Valdivieso. We design and build custom software, e-commerce stores and applied AI in real production, for companies that need a technical partner capable of sustaining complex projects, not just shipping a demo.
We operate across three fronts: e-commerce — we're the only OpenCart Gold Partner in Argentina —, custom software development, and technical teams that integrate into the operations of companies that need to scale fast. Our clients include an agency that manages Marriott's Caribbean and Latin America accounts: the same standard we hold every project to, whether or not a brand like that is behind it.
We were among the first in the region to put artificial intelligence into real production, not a proof of concept: in 2021 we built a machine-learning system to detect brain tumors, and today we apply that same applied-AI expertise so our e-commerce clients sell more and pay lower transaction fees.
Today we operate actively in Argentina, the United States, Spain and Peru, and keep expanding our presence across Latin America, the United States and Europe. Building a solid base as a software company in Rosario, Argentina matters just as much to us as looking outward: it's from that foundation that we sustain every project we take on.
