How does a project with WAIA start?
With a diagnosis of the real problem, before writing code: we ask about the underlying process -who does what today, where it gets stuck, what an error costs, what happens when volume grows-. Often what is asked for and what is needed are not the same, and that difference only shows up when you look at the whole process.
What happens after delivery?
We don't disappear when the project goes live. A system in production is a first version: it will need adjustments when business rules change, and we stay available to support it. With the software factory model you also get a permanent development team that sustains what it built.
Do you integrate with the systems we already use?
Yes, it is part of the design from the start. Almost no client starts from scratch: they already have a management system, drawings or a database with years of history, and we work integrated with that.
