Experiencia Endeavor returns to Rosario on September 17, and this time we'll be on the other side of it: not as spectators, but as one of the companies that already went through the process that experience is built to showcase. Last year we went through HIT, Endeavor Argentina's flagship program, and I want to talk about what it actually gave us, not in the abstract.
What HIT is, for anyone who doesn't know
HIT (High Impact Training) is Endeavor Argentina's program for high-potential businesses already generating over USD 500,000 a year in revenue and looking to scale for real. It's not a course you sign up for: you get in through selection, with interviews and a Selection Day where an Endeavor committee evaluates each company's pitch before deciding who joins the program.
We went through that last year. And what changed the most wasn't what we expected going in.
What actually changed
It wasn't "an inspiring experience" in the abstract. It was specific things:
Understanding how a company that actually scales works. Before HIT, we ran WAIA with the logic of a small team solving whatever came up. The program put us next to people who had already lived the move from "small team" to "company with real structure," and that forced us to reorganize how ours was built internally -not cosmetically, for real.
A pitch that got better by repeating it in front of demanding people. The first time we presented WAIA during the selection process looked nothing like how we tell the story today. Every step -the interviews, the Selection Day- was one more round of sharpening: what to say first, which numbers matter, what to leave out.
A network that doesn't build itself. HIT puts you in touch with other founders working through problems similar to yours, sometimes a few years ahead. In our case, that crossing of paths brought us back in touch with Ignacio Imaz, from Crucijuegos, whom I already knew from before. That reconnection turned into a real project: the smart configurator Crucijuegos uses today to put together custom playground quotes in minutes, instead of days going back and forth with the technical team. Ignacio is now a client and a friend -in that order, but both are true.
Why we'll be at the Rosario edition
Experiencia Endeavor Rosario 2026 is this September 17 at the Metropolitano Salón del Alto Rosario. We'll be there because it feels right to give back some of what HIT gave us: to show, as a Rosario-based software company that went through the process, that the program isn't just a motivational talk -it's a real structure that forces you to look at your company with more rigor than you use day to day, and that gave us concrete changes, not just a photo with a diploma.
If your company is thinking about scaling and hasn't found the push it needs yet, in our software factory case studies we show the kind of real projects that come out of connections like this -like the Crucijuegos one-. And if you run into us at Experiencia Endeavor Rosario on September 17, tell us and we'll talk right there.
